RapidCrete is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our concrete and structural restoration team in the Lower Mainland, BC. This role ensures seamless project delivery from planning through execution, supporting operations and client satisfaction.

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be the central hub of communication between field teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Your focus will be on coordinating schedules, tracking materials, documenting project progress, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with timelines and expectations. This role requires attention to detail, strong multi-tasking skills, and a commitment to maintaining clear and professional communication.

In this role, you’ll also support reporting and project administration, from preparing work orders and progress reports to ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You’ll help maintain accurate records, anticipate needs before they arise, and keep projects on track even in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules, site logistics, and resource allocation.
  • Act as primary contact between field crews, clients, and vendors.
  • Prepare project documentation, including reports, permits, and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and assist in resolving issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and project changes.
  • Support quality and safety compliance in collaboration with supervisors.
