Field Supervisor – Concrete & Restoration Services

As a Field Supervisor, you will oversee daily field operations, ensuring concrete repair, cutting, coring, scanning, and structural restoration tasks are executed efficiently and to specification. You will work directly with labourers, technicians, and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality on every job site. You’ll also enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with project plans and timelines.

You will be responsible for mentoring and coaching team members, conducting site inspections, addressing challenges in real time, and communicating progress to project managers and clients. Your leadership will be essential in coordinating materials, resolving issues promptly, and delivering superior results on every project.
